Every piece we receive undergoes comprehensive 360-degree photography to document its condition upon arrival. This meticulous process enables designers to verify that the items received at our warehouse match their orders precisely. All photos are promptly uploaded to the designer’s Virtual Vault account for convenient access and review.

 Full Product Assembly (If Required)
If an item arrives flat-packed or requires assembly, our team proactively assembles it in our warehouse. As a comprehensive service provider for interior designers, we aim to streamline your delivery and installation process, ensuring your product is ready to impress the moment it enters your client’s space. 

Reboxing and Pad-Wrapping
 a piece has been inspected, photographed, or assembled, it is reboxed or fully pad-wrapped before being securely stored until delivery is requested.

Secured Storage
Our secured 60,000-square-foot storage facility is equipped with CCTV monitoring, security systems, and advanced fire suppression systems. Our warehouse is also AAA-rated for Cat-5 storm protection.
