Items are then photographed in 360 degrees, visually confirming their condition at the time of arrival. The item details and the images are then uploaded to our exclusive digital inventory management software, Virtual Vault, where you will be alerted that your items have arrived and processed.
Virtual Vault redefines what designer storage can be. This powerful online platform gives you total visibility into your inventory from anywhere at any time. You’re able to log in to view images, track received items, assign pieces to specific jobs, request rug pads or fabric protection, and schedule deliveries—all with a few clicks. Should an issue arise, you’ll receive a notification directly in Virtual Vault, with photos and notes for your records. If items arrive flat-packed, our team immediately begins assembly, ensuring they’re ready for installation when the time comes.
