Our proprietary inventory management software, Virtual Vault, is your partner in the design business. Virtual Vault is your own digital designer delivery warehouse, where you can view your received products, approve repair quotes, request the application of stain guard for upholstered items, and schedule delivery and installations.

Secured Storage

Rest easy knowing your product is being stored securely. Our warehouses are monitored around the clock and are equipped with fire-protection safeguards.

White Glove Delivery and Installation

When it’s installation day, on-time, professional delivery is a requirement. Every detail matters and the team at Vault Designer understands the nuances and high expectations of interior designers. Our team not only carefully delivers your product to their intended home, but we also apply felt pads to anything on tile or wood floors, assemble furniture, steam bed skirts and linens, lay rugs, and make sure all glass is cleaned.
