The delivered items are unboxed and unwrapped, fully inspected and photographed. The 360-degree product images are then uploaded to our state-of-the-art interior designer inventory management software, Virtual Vault, so you can easily track where all your products are.
If product damages are found upon inspection, the damages are noted in your Virtual Vault account, where you can seamlessly approve repairs or provide further instructions. At Vault Designer, we have an in-house repair professional who can quickly make repairs—saving you time and money.
Inventory Management Software
Our proprietary inventory management software, Virtual Vault, is your partner in the design business. Virtual Vault is your own digital designer delivery warehouse, where you can view your received products, approve repair quotes, request the application of stain guard for upholstered items, and schedule delivery and installations.
Secured Storage
Rest easy knowing your product is being stored securely. Our warehouses are monitored around the clock and are equipped with fire-protection safeguards.
White Glove Delivery and Installation
When it’s installation day, on-time, professional delivery is a requirement. Every detail matters and the team at Vault Designer understands the nuances and high expectations of interior designers. Our team not only carefully delivers your product to their intended home, but we also apply felt pads to anything on tile or wood floors, assemble furniture, steam bed skirts and linens, lay rugs, and make sure all glass is cleaned.
