Freight Damage Repairs 

Freight damage happens and we are here to help.  

Our repair center and verified repair vendor list allow damage repairs to be completed easily and keep projects on track. Once the damage is found during inspection, our team photographs the item and the damage before uploading it into your Virtual Vault account. A notice is immediately sent to the design firm, where they can decide whether to approve a repair quote or take another action to address the damage.  

Complimentary Services 

For designers who want the full experience, our experts can handle all the fine details that complete an installation. Our team can hang artwork, spread rugs and cut custom rug pads, conceal cords, apply fabric protection to upholstery and rugs, assemble furniture, and steam bed skirts.
